Report from the Yamaha Site YAMAHA MOTORCYCLES AUSTRALIA DATE: 20-Nov-2006 Stauffer beat the Eastern Creek lap record set by a GP bike, on his production-based YZF-R1 SP. Yamaha Racing Team's Australian Superbike and Supersport champion Jamie Stauffer wrote his name in the record books for another reason at the final round of the YMF Loan Australian Superbike Championship at Sydney"s Eastern Creek Raceway.

2007 Australian Superbike dates confirmed The dates and locations for the 2007 Australian Superbike Championship are now in place with the eight-round series to be competed over six weekends in 2007. The championship series will begin in February and kick off at Eastern Creek Raceway in New South Wales, and will conclude mid-August with the final round also being staged at Eastern Creek.
